Agirl has been in gymnastics this past year. From last September to this May, she has been learning all the basics and foundational skills to be a good gymnast. She has really had a great time!
This past Saturday was Agirl's gymnastics end-of-the year show. They call it the Mini Olympics and it was terrific!! She got to show us all the things she has learned throughout the year and she has done really well! She is definitely our little gymnast. Here she is, below, waving at her big brother. She was so excited that Jman was there to watch her. She ran off the floor at one point and over to give him a hug!! One of the coach's had to get her to go back! (I noticed she is the only one in this picture that looks very excited!!)
Look at her on those bars! What form! Coach Geoff is not even spotting her!!
Here she is on the balance beam. She only fell off once! :o)
One of her favorite things all year long has been the rings.

We're very proud of you little Agirl!! You worked really hard this past year to learn so much and get so strong. Can't wait until this next fall to see how much more you grow and develop at all these skills! You may be our future Olympian.....or cheerleader!

My niece is in gymnastics and has been for a long time. She lives in CA and she loves it...she will try out for the Olympic team soon...yah!!!

her petite size will serve her well in gymnastics! what fun! L has chosen dance - we are taking with a friend starting in the fall - it's fun to do girl stuff after the boy stuff!
Oh, I remember the fun days of Mini Olympics! Fun, Fun! She looked like quite the gymnast! :)
WE just signed #1 and #2 up for gymnastic camp in July. They are so excited!!
What fun! She looks SO precious!
